Chic is responsible for the general management and business development of a Seattle, Washington based consulting Mergers and Acquisitions Company.
He has experience in the start-up stages of high-tech companies, directly involved in a number of business ventures as an investor, executive, director, advisor, and consultant.
Chic started his career with a large Midwest Architectural firm as a designer and
as a sales engineer.
He became the top computer salesman nationally as an Account Manager at Wang Laboratories.
He was National Sales Manager, BG Graphics, the first CAD software product to work on the DOS environment. As Director of Marketing for Personal CAD Systems he developed the dealer and VAR distribution channels. Later,
Chic was recruited by a Vancouver Stock Exchange venture firm and negotiated a joint venture deal totaling over $50,000,000 plus similar agreements with AT&T, IBM, and Wang.
For the last several years Chic has been responsible for the financing, aggregating and sale of a variety of commercial projects and businesses approaching $1 billion in value. He was President of a multi-media software company developing software training systems for Trident nuclear submarines at the Naval Undersea Warfare Engineering Station.
As Director of Business Ventures at NVST.com he developed relationships with Private Equity firms and Venture Capital firms around the U.S. including New York, Sao Paulo, Brazil, Mexico City, London, and Singapore.
For fun and relax-time, Chic was a talk show host on KVI 570AM Seattle, on the Entrepreneur Radio Network.
