The Server Directory Tab allows a Quickshow user to manage the files that are kept remotely on the server. Each user has access to only his/hers User Directory. From time to time it may become necessary to delete items in this directory in order to free-up space or "un-clutter" the account. It is not necessary to keep Images and Audio Files in this directory for a show to work properly. However, deleting a Quickshow file is PERMANENT and CAN NOT be reversed.
There is little to no difference between the "Assets Button" located on the Time Line and the Server Directory Tab. The Server Directory is primarily used for directory management. The Assets button is handy for re-using images and audio files. |

Additional Sorting Options
- Right Click any area in the Server Directory to display additional sorting options.
- Separate and View any File Type.
- Sort by the database Id or by file Name.

Server Item Options
- Right Click any item in the Server Directory to display item options.
- Play - Preview an image, audio, email or template.
- Delete - Removes items from the server.
- Rename - Changes the "relative" name of the file.
- Save As... - Save an item to your PC.
- Change Show Properties - Reserved for future development.

To delete multiple items. Hold down the CTRL key and select the items to delete. While holding CTRL. Right Click and select "delete" |
